Welcome! I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Economics at Trinity College Dublin. My research interests are in development economics, poverty reduction, and behavioural economics. I am particularly interested in women and girls' empowerment in Arab countries.

Prior to joining the PhD programme, I worked in the fields of research, policy and teaching, in Dublin and in Amman, accumulating a total of eight years of professional experience.

I hold a Master of Applied Science degree in Data, Economics, and Development Policy (DEDP) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT); an MSc in Development Economics from City St George's, University of London; and a BSc in Economics from SOAS, University of London.
